Cecilia M. Gigliotti is a writer, musician, and travel photographer, as well as the only Italian-speaking member of her family. Much of her work deals with pop culture, medical trauma, and things famous people have said when they thought no one was listening. Her essays, poems, short fiction, and photography have appeared in The Atticus Review, The Route 7 Review, RiverCraft, Outrageous Fortune, Blue Muse, DoveTales, Uncomfortable Revolution, and Boudin, among others. She also runs a culture blog called Così faccio io (cosifaccioio.com). A native New Englander, she is currently based in Berlin, Germany.
