Debbie DiGiacobbe
DiGiacobbe Debbie.jpg

Raised in an Italian American community in South Philadelphia, by parents of Italian descent, she learned that family is at the heart of everything.  Through their modeling, she came to value hard work, persistence, and learned of her responsibility to help make the world a better place.

As a teacher, she is committed to educating and inspiring her students. She has drawn on great books and literature to create programs which motivate students to read, write, think, and be curious.  Currently, an adjunct professor at Temple University, she continues her goal to help young people reach their greatest potential.

She is an advocate for the homeless leading a ministry at her church, and work with nonprofit organizations to help fight homelessness.  Debbie is a voracious reader and enjoys writing about issues that are important to her.  She is inspired by authors like Adriana Trigiani and Lisa Scottoline.
