Maria Dellaventura is a 54-year-old stay at home mom.  She currently resides in Staten Island, New York with her two children, Daniel and Christina.  She has always had a love of writing, not just stories but poetry and greeting cards as well.  She is the author of "Life After Loss: Healing Piece by Peace" which is available on Amazon.com.

In her book, she shares with others her spiritual journey, her joys, and sorrows and how the Lord has sustained her through the most difficult of times.  She felt compelled to write this book in order to give hope to those who were hopeless.  By doing so, her prayer is that she will make others realize that as long as you believe, nothing is ever impossible with God.  Maria believes that no life is without meaning or purpose and everything happens for a reason.
