Patricia Rispoli Edick’s  grandparents immigrated to the United States in the early 1900s from Naples and Palermo, Italy where they were fishermen, rope makers and tailors. Her Father was an upholsterer and her Mom a seamstress.

 She was born in Brooklyn, New York. Two months after her 17th birthday, and graduation from High School, she began work as a secretary in a Wall Street brokerage firm.   

She married in 1970 and is Mother to two sons, James and Michael.

She retired in 2014 as Office Manager of a Village Police Dept. and now has the time to write.
