The son of Italian immigrants, award-winning author Paul Salsini has written seven books—novels and collections of short stories—all set in Tuscany. Among them is the six-volume “A Tuscan Series,” which follows a group of characters from World War II to the year 2000. He received the 2011 Sons of Italy’s Leonardo da Vinci Award for Excellence in Literature.
